Belly Dance

       Belly Dancing has entranced audiences around the world for centuries.  It is believed to have originated in Middle Eastern Cultures.  India, Asia, Africa and Egypt are among the countries believed to be more popular in belly dancing; though it has grown in popularity worldwide for performances, expression, and keeping fit.  Belly dancing is a non-impact exercise perfect for all ages and helps prevent osteoporosis.  Through learning and practicing this art form you become more flexible, gain strength in your torso, back, arms, and shoulders.  Leg and back strength is obtained by the beautiful hip movements.  Belly dancing helps to open your heart and mind to improvise, listen to the music, and express emotions.
