I understand that Julia's Academy of Dance hosts a recital at the end of the year and agree to pay the recital and costume fees unless I inform the front desk and email that my child will not be participating in the recital.

I understand that per our contract details, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance of the next charge date. Tuition is not refundable, and all cancellations must be processed through email or via the cancellation form on our website.

Private Lessons: I agree that if I (or my child) opt to receive private lessons then I will have a card in file with Julia’s that can be used as either my main form of payment or as a backup form of payment.  I agree to pay for my private lesson either in advance or on the day of the lesson by cash or check.  If I do not remit payment by the conclusion of said lesson, my card will be charged for the standard private lesson fee charged by my specific instructor.  By committing to

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your dancers’ classes at the end of a semester you must either fill out a cancellation form at the front desk or email the studio at jdanceacademy@yahoo.com before the end of the semester. If your dancer will be taking a break during the summer, you will need to let the front desk know by May 1^st so we can pause your payments. If you need to cancel mid semester, we require 30 days’ notice in writing, or you will be automatically charged for the next month.

Acknowledgement of Payment: I agree to pay a one-time registration fee of $50 and a yearly enrollment fee of $50 for all returning students each consecutive year in August or before the semester begins.
