Ballet
Ballet builds the foundation for all dance training through structured technique, posture, alignment, and musicality. Dancers learn discipline, grace, strength, and control while developing the vocabulary and body awareness that support every other style. Ballet classes help students grow strong, confident, and technically sound as they progress.
Tap
Tap focuses on rhythm, timing, and musical precision using the feet as a percussive instrument. Dancers learn to create sound patterns, develop clarity and speed, and understand musical structure in a hands‑on, engaging way. Tap strengthens coordination, listening skills, and confidence in musical expression.
Jazz
Jazz is an energetic, expressive style that blends rhythm, style, and technique. Dancers learn isolations, turns, jumps, and dynamic movement influenced by both African dance roots and American performance traditions. Jazz builds coordination, musicality, and performance quality in a fun, upbeat environment.
Contemporary
Contemporary combines elements of modern, ballet, and jazz to explore expressive, full‑body movement. Dancers learn floorwork, improvisation, and fluid transitions while using weight, momentum, and emotion to shape their movement. This style encourages creativity, artistry, and personal expression.
Power & Control
Power & Control builds the strength, stability, and flexibility dancers need to excel in all styles. Through focused conditioning and controlled movement, students develop the muscles and technique required for powerful jumps, secure balances, and clean, confident execution. This class supports injury prevention!
